The Global Innovation Showcase's objective is to shed spotlight on International Innovative Companies that:

  • plan to soft-land or launch operations in New England, or

  • have just entered the US market and are headquartered  in the area.


It offers a Visibility Platform, a virtual debut to the area's ecosystem. Featured Innovator Teams  can expect:


  • Development of Company, Product and Technology Awareness,

  • Publicity Generation through Press Releases, Direct Marketing Emails and Social Media Platforms;

  • Opportunity to participate in a Radio Entrepreneurs Podcast;

  • Business Networking and Relationship-Building Opportunities with Innovators, Thought- and Industry-leaders, Incubators and Accelerator Representatives, Funding , Partnering  and Support Sources;

  • Perspectives on the New England Start-up Ecosystem;

  • Short Talks and Exchange of Ideas;

  • Complimentary Support in the form Guidance and Feedback in the weeks leading up to the Gateway.

The (online) event will showcase 10 International Companies that:

  • have developed a Cutting-Edge Technology or Innovation,

  • do not employ over 150 people,

  • operate within the areas of Cleantech & Sustainability, Smart Living/Smart Cities, Health and Life Sciences,Robotics, AI, Agritech or Bluetech,

  • represent a number of different countries,

  • plan to soft-land in New England in the near future, or have just launched in the area.

Everyone and anyone is invited to Nominate a company to participate, provided that the Eligibility Criteria above are met.

There is No Application Fee and No Cost associated for Innovators to present in the program.

Announcement of Presenting Companies: Monday, February 8, 2021

In the 6 weeks between the Announcement of Featured Companies and the Showcase, Complimentary Mentoring/Coaching services will be available to all participants, to help them best prepare for their Spotlight.

If the number of applications received exceeds the available presentation slots, Participant Selection will be based on the following criteria:


  • Degree of Innovation;

  • Impact on Target Audience;

  • Innovation Category/Industry Representation;

  • Geographical Spread.

Participating companies are expected to deliver a 5-minute presentation about their Company and Innovation breakthrough, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session with the participating audience.
