A little more on our three panelists:
Bob Leonard is a Principal in BerryDunn's Commercial Practice Group. He provides audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, high technology, professional services, and manufacturing. He primarily works with mid-sized, privately held companies with multistate and global operations. He has over 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting practice. He specializes in accounting and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) in accordance with US GAAP, financial statement preparation and analysis, and financial due diligence readiness.
Barbara McGuan is a Principal in BerryDunn’s Tax Consulting and Compliance Practice Group, working with clients throughout New England. She provides services in the tax planning and compliance arena, including business and individual taxation and tax-exempt reporting. Although a large portion of her career has been devoted to public accounting, Barb also has experience as the financial manager of a private healthcare consulting firm. She regularly speaks at seminars of local organizations and groups regarding tax compliance issues.
Ruchi Shah is a Manager in BerryDunn's Commercial Practice Group. She provides tax consulting and compliance services to clients in several industries, including professional services and technology. She specializes in income and sales tax, tax compliance, and tax planning. Her experience includes federal, state, and local tax planning for C corporations, S corporations, commercial entities, technology companies, and other privately held businesses.
